UpsideDown Moments is offering caregivers a 3 hour block of childcare that includes crafts, games, activities, in a safe, fun, trauma-informed environment.

The Knights of Columbus Pancake Breakfast will support The Next Step Initiative!

 We are so excited to have the Knights of Columbus support UpsideDown Moments on Sunday, May 17, 2026 after the 7:30, 8:45, and 10:30 Masses at St Theresa Catholic Church (the breakfast itself is after each of these Masses and will be in the school cafeteria). Suggested donations are $10/adult, $5/child (children under 3 free). All proceeds go directly to charity!

Menu:

Regular/chocolate chip pancakes,

scrambled eggs, tater tots, sausage,

coffee, and orange juice.

The Next Step Initiative is dedicated to assisting foster children who age out of the foster care system. The initiative helps these young adults to transition successfully into independent adulthood. Many receive housing vouchers from localities or the state, but there is often a critical gap in timing before they can secure housing and begin building a stable foundation.

Funds raised through our May breakfast will go directly toward supporting these young adults as they take their next step, providing rental assistance, groceries, and essential move-in needs, along with practical life-skills support such as budgeting, meal planning, and home readiness.

Then join us for a hands-on volunteer day where we turn generous clothing donations into ready-to-use resources for children and youth in need. Volunteers will help sort through recent donations, selecting high-quality items to keep for distribution and setting aside pieces that can be redirected elsewhere. Together, we’ll ensure that every child we serve receives clean, well-fitting, and season-appropriate clothing—packed with care and dignity.

No special skills required—just a willingness to roll up your sleeves and make a difference!
