Through partnership with local towing services, we can tow your car to your desired location.

The application process for Vehicles Empowering Hope involves qualification information, documentation, agreement with signature, and approval. We strive to make it as easy as possible to apply for assistance. If you have any difficulty, please reach out using our "Contact Us" form. Please note that filling out this application is a first step. The decision to provide assistance will be based on UpsideDown Moments' Board approval.

Car Repair Assistance Agreement

If UpsideDown Moments pays for your car repair you are required to complete a MANDATORY Finance/Budget Course and a Car Maintenance Lesson (provided by UDM).
