March at UpsideDown Moments was nothing short of amazing! Give Choose Day brought an outpouring of support from our incredible community, resulting in generous donations that will fuel our newest program- Vehicles Empowering Hope. But the love didn't stop there- we had the privilege of fulfilling several special requests, from providing car seats for little ones to securing essential items for families in transition and receiving other doantions as well. It's been a month filled with compassion, generosity, and meaningful impact, and we're immensely grateful to everyone who has played a part in making it all possible. Here's to spreading more love and support in the months to come!

We are absolutely touched and grateful for the incredible gesture from Floris UMC, who generously donated 20 brand new stuffed bears to UpsideDown Moments. These heartwarming gifts were put together with love and care by 5th graders and their families. Each bear came with its very own tote bag, birth certificate, and adorable outfit, making them even more special. It's truly heartening to see such compassion and generosity from our community, especially from our youngest members. These bears will undoubtedly bring comfort and joy to the children we serve, and we are deeply thankful to Floris UDM and all those involved for their kindness and thoughtfulness.
We want to give a big thank you to Kate Wilke, Wendi Owens, and Amanda Golino for their generous donation of Nike gift cards. Because of your kindness, a teen in foster care got to go shopping for Nike gear. Your support means a lot and will make a real difference in this teen's life. We are incredibly grateful to each and every donor who generously contributed to our Vehicles Empowering Hope program on Give Choose Day, March 19th. Thanks to your kindness and support, we received over $2,300 in donations, which will make a significant impact on the lives of young adults formerly in foster care. Your generosity will help us provide crucial transportation assistance, including towing, repair, gas, and ride-share gift cards, empowering these individuals to overcome transportation barriers and pursue their goals with confidence. Your contributions are truly changing lives, and we cannot thank you enough for your unwavering support and belief in our mission. Learn about our newest initiative- "Vehicles Empowering Hope"
You can support our "Vehicles Empowering Hope" program through a variety of ways. We are currently seeking repair shops and towing companies interested in parterning. Additionally, we are seeking driving schools or other qualified individuals to assist former foster youth in acquiring their driver's liscense. If interested please fill out the form via the button below and indicate how you are interested in helping. Additionally, donations are always welcome in order to cover the costs of the program.

Seasonal Blessings Clothing Event
We have partnered with Grace Ministries at Floris United Methodist Church to provide clothing for parents and children in-need with two weeks of seasonably appropriate clothing. Registeration is required and pick up is held on May 4th from 8AM-10AM. To register simply fill out the short form to provide gender and clothing size needed. Please feel free to share this information with those in your community.
